What is it about?

Molecular docking study is an important tool to build and study the activity of newer drugs prior to their synthesis.

Why is it important?

we have synthesized certain newer drugs by inhibiting enoyl ACP reductase enzyme which is responsible for the cell wall synthesis of M. tuberculosis there by it increases its population and these studies will help the researchers to do peruse their research in this field to have more effective moieties.

Perspectives

we have designed and synthesized some of the newer anti-tubercular drugs that can be used as a potent drugs in future by further studying their pharmacokinetics and pharmacological studies and these studies are under process.
