Why is it important?
This work considers individuals' different intelligence levels over Gardner's Multiple Intelligences Theory and run an artificial intelligence based system to accurately optimize self-learning by providing accurate learning materials.
Perspectives
This publication important because of its ideas on evaluating learners' intelligence differences and finding the most accurate learning materials to be provided during an active self-learning process. It also includes essential application of a newly developed optimization algorithm called as Vortex Optimization Algorithm.
