What is it about?
Development and application of a tubular prostheses to improv nerve regeneration, using a bioresorbable synthetic polymer (PCL) pure or combined with carbon nanostructures (carbon nanotubes and graphene).

Why is it important?
The present data show that nanocomposite PCL tubes facilitate nerve repair and result in a better regenerative outcome, what may, in turn, represent a new alternative to pure PCL or PLLA prostheses.
Perspectives
I hope this publication can help people who wants to develop works in this area, mainly who wants to use carbon nanostructures. There are many studies that can be applied with these nanostructures.
