By introducing thiamine regulation strategy, thiamine-deficient mutants were selected, and the relationship between thiamine content and cell quantitative accumulation was analyzed. Finally, the efficient synthesis of D-lactic acid under orderly control of cell growth was realized.

The contradiction between product synthesis and cell proliferation has been effectively solved, which enables highly active cells to exert the catalytic properties of immobilized enzymes in a special way, thus achieving high speed and high conversion of catalytic process.

The application fields of enzymes were greatly expanded, and the application efficiency of enzymes was greatly improved. This strategy will play an important role in the field of bulk chemical synthesis and enzymatic preparation.
