1st report of pilot scale production of E.grandis (whole tree) residues to ethanol
Perspectives
Demonstrates the feasibility of converting Eucalyptus residues (including leaves, bark, wood, etc) into bioethanol. Most of the work to date is reported at bench-scale and is performed on saw-log material which has been finely powered. This study mimics what would normally take place on an industrial scale.
