What is it about?
Outside of the classroom and clinic, how do we know that students develop leadership skills and professionalism? We piloted a portfolio containing a self-reflective component to track learning and growth of graduate students.

Why is it important?
Using established methods of portfolio assessment, this work describes a process for colleges and universities to begin to assess integrative learning experiences of health sciences students. In a visually compelling way, we are able to track outcomes and contribution to the public good.
