What is it about?
The work deals with investigation of polymeric nanoparticles stability at different conditions and in biological fluids. The structure of the most stable nanoparticles and most preferable polymer they are made of are revealed. The technology features allowing preparation of optimal nano-sized drug carriers are also examined.

Why is it important?
The investigations carried out will provide us knowledge and tested technology to prepare more effective drug administration form, consisting of stable and harmless to organism polymeric nanoparticles. Such drug forms possess numerous advantages in comparison with traditional drugs, such as controlled and prolonged drug release, lower toxicity, increased safety and lower effective dozes.
Perspectives
Further investigations will be directed on testing of novel drug forms therapeutic efficiency and safety on cells, tissues, organs and animals in order to collect enough data for further implement of developed nano-particular drugs in medical practice.
