Understanding how molecules interact with light and how their physical properties might be changed by this is key to the discovery of new materials for future technologies.
Perspectives
Molecular magnetic materials are an emerging class of new materials but their behaviour is still poorly understood hindering their application in real devices. I hope that this work will encourage others to explore a broader range of molecular magnetic materials.
