Why is it important?

We hope this model and the data obtained would help in the establishment of simulation curricula for endoscopic sinus surgery training.

Perspectives

Having a validated ESS simulator is especially important now with the movement towards competency based residency programs. This type of simulator would be helpful in the assessment and the training of residents.
