What is it about?

Electrochemical redox peaks in Ta/TaOx based cells and their relation to moisture. Transition from VCM to ECM properties by graphene modification of the interface.

Why is it important?

Shows for first time the electrochemical nature of the resistive switching (redox peaks) in VCM cells based on TaOx solid electrolyte and its relation to moisture. By selective surface modifications (graphene) an VCM to ECM (CBRAM) transition is demostrated.
