This is an update to an earlier volume published a decade ago. The focus is on all different computational approaches to computational toxicology. It provides a much needed update on the current status of the different methods.

Why is it important?

Hazard assessment is increasingly getting attention and computational approaches have advanced along with increasing data in the public domain.
