Why is it important?

Its important because it cuts across so many different areas and was probably the first time I thought about the potential for mobile apps /devices and science. The chapter also reiterates the challenge of getting scientists to share data.

Perspectives

This brought together so many ideas which the book was trying to capture and summarizes the whole project. We even describe the crowdsourcing tail for collaborative databases!
