What is it about?
routine lymphadenectomy is not considered a standard procedure during surgery for borderline ovarian tumor, due to the uncommon presence of nodal metastasis and the possible side effect. We show how intraoperative ultrasound could guide the surgeon in selecting and remove a metastatic lymph node in a patient with serous borderline ovarian tumor.
