What is it about?

Currently, shortened cervical length (CL) the best clinical tool for prediction of significant prematurity. Unfortunately it has limited accuracy. In this novel study, for the first time, level of metabolites and proteins in amniotic fluid along with sonographic yielded high predictive accuracy for outcomes in asymptomatic short cervix cases.
