Reference ranges for Doppler indices of umbilical and fetal middle cerebral arteries and cerebroplacental ratio: systematic review

What is it about?

Intrauterine growth restriction is, nowadays, one of the most important problems in obstetrics. The best tool we have to control these fetuses is the Doppler of the umbilical artery, middle cerebral artery and its relationship, cerebroplacental ratio. Our systematic review aims to evaluate the published reference values of the fetal doppler and demonstrate the great heterogeneity existing between them.
