What is it about?
Moving agile software development to large‐scale contexts is a complex task with many challenges involved. In this article, we review practices, challenges, and success factors for scaling agile in the context of an action research process conducted in a large software company.

Our findings are based on the experience from a software company transitioning to large-scale agile. They show which factors can be relevant when considering moving to large-scale agile frameworks.
Perspectives
Writing this article took significant effort, as running an action research process within a company is a time-consuming process. We hope the results can be useful to the agile community.
