What is it about?
Disadvantaged children face the most serious problems in education. Those families were poor and disadvantaged Romanies, so their children did not attend the school. The study reveals that the inhabitants of a disadvantaged social stratum of this study mostly come from the ethnic origin of Romanies.

Why is it important?
The inability of Romanies to benefit from compulsory education creates multidimensional disadvantages in terms of social, political, economic and cultural aspects. Such conditions held by Romanies or other disadvantaged ethnical communities strongly form the sociological codes that last for many generations.
