What is it about?
Authenticity has become the looked for trait that defines a leader. But, honestly, should leadership be about bearing one's soul to gain the esteem of people who more than likely would prefer a competent take-charge person?

Perspectives
Through experience most individuals have discovered there is a fine line between being too transparent and being too opaque. Choosing a style or approach should be based on circumstances, situational factors, and not on fads that are enriching consultants.
