What is it about?
The Urethral Hanging Theory of female stress urinary incontinence explains what the Hammock hypothesis and the Integral theory can not explain. Since more than 100 years researchers have tried to explain the pathogenesis of urethral funneling and its significance in female stress urinary incontinence. Now there is an explanation and also an explanation why TVT/TOT procedures fail 10-20% of the time.
