Pryanoanthocyanins in North American Ginseng

What is it about?

Discovery and structural characterization of novel pyranoanthocyanins from North American ginseng berry pulp.

Why is it important?

Pyranoanthocyanins are much more stable than anthocyanins this they could be useful in the food industry as novel natural product dyes.
