Globular glial tauopathy should be considered in cases suggestive of the Mills’ syndrome, a unilateral form of motor neuron disease, which may be clinically misinterpreted as slowly-progressive “atypical” corticobasal syndrome, without dementia, apraxia, or dystonia.
