What is it about?
This study was conducted in Public health facilities in Nigeria to know the responses of health workers when they see trans persons in their facilities and the reports of stigma and discrimination associated with trans persons accessing health care in public healthcare facility in Nigeria

Why is it important?
This study was important to the trans community persons in Nigeria to get the qualitative data of stigma and discrimination that we are facing in Nigeria for uptake of HIV services . A Data that will speak on the stigma and discrimination against the Trans persons who access HIV Services and other Health related uptakes in public healthcare. since trans persons are the under serve Key Population in Nigeria. it is Crème de la Crème Organization (Trans Organization in Nigeria) for now that provide health Services, Gender base service, temporal Shelter, Mental Health services, Human Rights Services, Vocational skill Training services and Sexual reproductive health services to the Trans persons now in Nigeria. This publications will be a reference point for program implementation areas of focus on HIV intervention uptake in Nigeria to ensure no one is left behind.
