What is it about?
This is regarding the algorithm for the diagnosis of bleeding in a patient who is not having any bleeding symptoms. and presented with uncontrolled postpartum bleeding which cannot be corrected by plasma products. This rare entity is attributed to IgG antibodies directed against factor VIII.

Why is it important?
Post- Partum Acquired Hemophilia is a rare entity and so usually it is underdiagnosed. An awareness of this disease is very important for saving the life of the patient. If not treated properly she may bleed to death.
