Leadership of Diverse Teams in Healthcare
Why is it important?
Diverse teams are common across industries. In healthcare, teams of different professions can be more effective and innovative, however they are often prone to conflict. We explore a relatively new style of leadership, inclusive leadership, and the mechanisms of its effect. These leaders can address some of the challenges faced by diverse teams and significantly enhance their effectiveness.
