What is it about?
Recent studies show the size of nano-openings/pores greatly affects not only mass diffusion but also dielectric phenomena. Although, these studies are predictive for determining minimum size of pores for better diffusion, none of these considers effect of distribution of nano protrusions on both dielectric and viscous phenomena. Furthermore, there is no scientific information regarding how the spacing between the protrusions, such as carbon nanotubes, improves the mentioned physical processes. These are the motivation of the current paper.

Why is it important?
Recent studies show the size of nano-openings/pores greatly affects not only mass diffusion but also dielectric phenomena. Although, these studies are predictive for determining minimum size of pores for better diffusion, none of these considers effect of distribution of nano protrusions on both dielectric and viscous phenomena. Furthermore, there is no scientific information regarding how the spacing between the protrusions, such as carbon nanotubes, improves the mentioned physical processes. This study considers how dielectric constant varies with respect to longitudinal and radial directions of the nano-tubes in conjunction with the spacing among the tubes. Some useful insights for better dielectric phenomena were introduced by molecular simulations.
