What is it about?
The paper proposes an approach for choosing the composition of the equipment of a local energy system, which is based on a biomass gasifier. The choice is made according to several criteria reflecting economic, environmental, technical and social efficiency. A feature of the approach is taking into account the uncertainty of the preferences of the decision maker, as well as the uncertainty of the initial data.
