Analysis and reporting on the Invest in Open Infrastructure (IOI) Europe Survey (SPARC Europe)
Completed on behalf of SPARC Europe in 2020, this work comprised the design, management, and analysis of a comprehensive online survey.
What is it about?
We are experts in the development of online surveys that produce the insights and evidence our clients need to inform and advance their key organisational or partnership activities. We make sure we fully understand our client needs and objectives before designing bespoke surveys, often featuring qualitative and quantitative responses, that regularly attract hundreds of responses. We carefully and expertly analyse the results, leading to a tailored full report for the client. We have extensive experience in producing surveys across sectors, including higher education, publishing, and research and development.
Why is it important?
We help provide the insight and evidence for action. Our clients need to know what their segmented audiences truly think of their previous actions, ongoing activities and future plans. They need to gain insight and understanding from their publics with surveys conducted on a firm scientific basis. And they need all this bringing together in a structured and elegant report that is suitable for review and approval among key internal and/or external stakeholders.
