Optimization of Microwave Assisted Extraction of Annona squamosa Seeds
A Protocol for Microwave Assisted Extraction from plant seeds
Vijay Kothari
Robust protocols are the backbone of any research laboratory. Modifications in established protocols are also required at times for troubleshooting. This Project Page showcases our work towards development of extraction protocols for preparing bioactive plant extracts, and certain modifications in conventional microbiological protocols to suit particular objectives. Soon we shall add more protocols for working with pathogenic bacteria, and the model nematode Caenorhabditis elegans.
Reliable methods and protocols are the biggest treasure of any research laboratory. Sharing of reproducible protocols in public domain contributes towards advancement of the field. Troubleshooting tips can also be obtained from such shared knowledge.
We like all other labs have been benefited immensely from the protocols published by others, and will be happy to see protocols developed in our lab to be useful for other researchers.
