About my research

Professor Othman Alkhadher is a faculty member at the Department of Psychology, College of Social Sciences, Kuwait University. He is an organizational psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS). He received his PhD in Psychology from the University of Nottingham (UK) in 1994. His research interests include the indigenization of psychology, organizational justice, organizational behavior, cultural psychology, and personality in the workplace.
