What is it about?

MYCT1 is an important suppressor in cancer. For the first time, we have found that CREB inhibits MYCT1 transcription wheras in turn promotes NAT10 expression leading to increased laryngeal cancer cell migration. ChIP and cell migration assays are mainly used to comfirm this findings.

Why is it important?

Our findings provides a novel mechanism how CREB promotes laryngeal cancer migration, which make the article interesting to general readers.

Perspectives

I hope this article is of great help to researchers and students who are focusing on CREB/MYCT1/NAT10-related investigations.
