What is it about?
We discuss considerations/adaptations and use examples from a supported employment and education program, operating through one of British Columbia’s (BC) integrated youth hubs, on how to navigate uncertain conditions caused by external and environmental factors. We focus specifically on how health (e.g., COVID-19) and climate-induced extreme weather events (e.g., wildfires, flooding) have impacted service delivery in the Interior of BC.
