Identifying trans-diagnostic biomarkers is critically important for future clinical and translational interventions. This study comprehensively examines early auditory EEG biomarkers from across the schizo-bipolar spectrum and clarifies their relationship to diagnostic categories, cognitive functioning, and clinical symptoms.
