What is it about?

A long-standing question about G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) is whether they function as dimers or monomers. This paper describes what possible GPCR dimers are seen in the large number of crystal structures obtained to date. The portions of the proteins involved in inter-protein interactions are identified.
