Perspectives
An observation of health care practitioners struggling with ICT sparked interest in this area. My projects to date reflect the importance of accrediting previous experiences with ICT and valuing current skill sets and knowledge. I am interested in the influence of small group informal learning and peer support on skill and confidence acquisition.
